This well cared for home got a remodel when a flood damaged the entire main floor. In the Master Bathroom, we removed the existing jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a freestanding tub. The original walk-in shower had three angled walls that went all the way to the ceiling, and small opening on the side. Slate tile covered the walls and ceiling.
The dungeon walls were removed and glass walls were added for natural light to come in.
The Powder room, got new wallpaper, paint, hexagon tile, and bathroom vanity. In the laundry room, we replaced the large grouted tile with beautiful printed tile and a new quartz countertop.
For the kitchen, all of the cabinets got painted and new quartzite countertops were put in place. The original granite tops were damaged during the flood inspection and unable to savage.
Throughout the Main Level, solid wood floors. They were too damaged to save and client opted for a lighter vinyl plank floor.
